Walt was very helpful and friendly throughout my car purchasing experience. I start with the web site of Buick, as with all the car makers, they offer a build your own function, but they also offer to "check inventory" which lead me to work with Kent and Matt. I visited Dominion w makers, they offer a build your own function, but they also offer to "check inventory" which lead me to work with Kent and Matt. I visited Dominion with the mission of seeing the inventory item that I found on the web. I was lucky to run into Kent when I got to the dealer and he was taking me around the lot looking at their inventory. The car I was interested in wasn't there. Unlike many sales people, Kent didn't try to talk me into something else... he listened to my wants and desires, understood that I thought the dealer had something else to offer and he set out to find out how to bridge the communication "problem". There wasn't a problem, Kent dug and searched and he found the car that the Buick web site had given us... it was being driven as a demo, I bought it and was relieved that I found a sales person who actually listened to what I said. The salesman Kent Cole came up I went to Dominion Chevrolet Buick GMC to look for a new car. I found an new Orange 2012 Chevy Sonic on their lot. The salesman Kent Cole came up to me and asked how he could help me. I told him I was interested in the Chevy Sonic. He went and got the car and brought it to the front and gave me the keys so I could take it for a test drive. I fell in love with the Sonic and had to have it. Kent was awesome to work with. He was so nice and upfront and not pushy at all. He made buying a new car a pleasant experience. I have bought many cars before but from now on I will be going to Dominion and seeing Kent for any other vehicles I need to purchase. Everyone at Dominion was great to work with. Even Ted Linhart came out and said hello. Mike Zaremba was so nice in Finance and working with Matt Mescke to get the paint protection and inside of my car done so its good and protected was great. I would recommend this Dealership to all my family and friends and everyone who I have seen who asked me about my new car. If you are wanting a new car, go see Kent Cole at Dominion. He is the BEST and I promise you wont be disappointed. More
We have worked with Kent Cole on the purchase of several vehicles over the last decade and a half. As always, he was right there for us from the beginning to the end and made sure this was an excellent experience. I most appreciate that there is no run around, no back and forth, and no surprises. This time, we also had the pleasure to work with Mike Zaremba in Finance. Again, very up front, made the numbers work and did not pressure us with a ton of add ons a the end. If all car purchasers could work with Kent and have the same service that we have had, then everyone would look forward to that new car rather than dreading the purchase process. More
Visited for a Malibu test drive. I was greated as soon as I opened my vehicle door and I thought "Here comes the pressure and hard sell". Just the opposite. I came in to get my car fix, and ended up leaving with a new Car. While waiting for my car to be looked at I decided to go look around the car lot. On my way back inside Kent Cole ask did I find what I wa new Car. While waiting for my car to be looked at I decided to go look around the car lot. He went and did his magic, came back to me with some options by talking with Gus Eanes then from there I had an offer for my car, then next I saw Bridgett Lang did my paper work. Everything went smooth I love that kind of sale. More
