Darius and I agreed on what I felt was a fair price for the vehicle, and I scheduled an appointment to finalize financing and pick up the car. My wife and I drove 1.5 hours from the Shenandoah Valley to the dealership and arrived about 15 minutes early. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not properly prepared for delivery and had not even been cleaned. Additionally, although I had submitted my financing application the night before, the dealership had not processed it and was unprepared to discuss financing options when we arrived. As a result, what should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a four-hour wait before we were finally able to leave with our new car. Had the vehicle not been exactly what we wanted and the price not been fair, I likely would have walked away as soon as I saw the condition of the car. In the end, I’m happy with the vehicle and the price we received, but the dealership’s lack of preparation and inefficient process made for a very disappointing purchasing experience. More

One big clarification - PSA: When you schedule a service appointment it is ONLY a time the drop off the vehicle. No idea when the work will start. More

Mitchell Miracle & his crew at Hendrix Collision center did an excellent job repairing a rear side dent & scratches on my vehicle. Explanations were given on the planned repair - what had to be physically did an excellent job repairing a rear side dent & scratches on my vehicle. Explanations were given on the planned repair - what had to be physically removed w/ labor costs, dent repair, painted. I asked not to replace an item ( rear left light unit) & agreed to replace two other items (flaps). I do recommend Hendrix to anyone needing vehicle repairs!! More
