I contacted Dominion about a used Acura MDX. Matt contacted me late (which was fine) on his day off to let me know he would personally check the car out in the morning and get me a "delivered" price. He followed through on his promise as well as gave me the best price - which was extremely competitive. All said, this was by far one of the simplest and easiest processes I have ever experienced in 30 years of purchasing a vehicle. I would certainly recommend contact Matt and DAG. More

G.W. Walker, in internet sales, was my salesman. He did an excellent job. This experience went the way I had planned. Find the car, settle on a price, get a value for the trade, then deal with financing an excellent job. This experience went the way I had planned. I did not have my trade with me, just the title, and GW drove with me back to my house to drive the trade back so I would not have to do that myself. My recommendation is to do your standard homework on the car you want, get the pricing, and what deals are out there, then contact Dominion via their website so you'll deal with G.W. The delivery manager Matt was also easy to deal with. He checked with me to see if there were any options that did not come with the car that I would like. He did try to sell me a paint and interior protection package but was not pushy. When I said no thank you he did not try to push me and it ended there. Financing was handled by Mike Z. and he was also easy to deal with. He explained the pluses and minuses of all of my lease options again without pressure or trying to force me towards a particular option. This is the second car I've bought from Dominion and I will be back for my next car. More
I purchased a used Subaru Legacy from this dealership, had it checked out by an independent mechanic, and it checked out ok. One day after I purchased the car the alternator starting going bad. They agree had it checked out by an independent mechanic, and it checked out ok. One day after I purchased the car the alternator starting going bad. They agreed to pay only half, so I asked to have it done by my mechanic who I trust. Just after the 30 day standard warranty runs out the car begins running really rough so I take it to my mechanic who tells me the tensioner for the timing belt is bad, and the timing belt and associated parts all need to be replaced. It also had an outstanding recall that I didn't know about until my mechanic pointed out that the engine cooling fan was malfunction and that Subaru would replace it for free. I understand the risk I took when buying a used car, but spending 1400 in repairs not 30 days after purchase left a bad taste in my mouth. I would never trust them to do any work for me or sell me another car again. More
