Will and Matt worked tirelessly to put a deal together, which involved numerous phone calls spanning several weeks. Once the deal was finalized, we were treated like royalty. Will's knowledge of the car and warm personality put us at ease and made our buying experience one that will keep us coming back for all future GM purchases. If you're considering buying a new or used GM vehicle, I would strongly recommend requesting Will Van Dalsem or Matt Maschke (Internet Sales), for a great buying experience. I talked but was never heard I was excited about going to look for a new vehicle. I met with a sales rep and described to him my maximum budget. The rep continued to point me towa I was excited about going to look for a new vehicle. I met with a sales rep and described to him my maximum budget. The rep continued to point me toward trucks that were $10,000 over my maximum budget. I communicated my concern about the budget and was assured that he could find something that would work for me. We took a test drive as he showed my all of the features. We got back and he wrote up a buyer agreement and then commented "I'm not trying to sell you a car tthat's too much for your budget but this is the price of what we drove", needless to say that t it was 10,000 over my budget. I felt as if the sales person had no regard for my time. I left the dealership very disappointed. A sales manager called that evening to ask about my experience and I told him of my dissatisfaction. He tried to "find" something that would work with my budget. We exchanged some phone calls but they never called back with a concrete proposal. Our last exchange ended with them planning to call me back (I never got the call). I purchased a new vehicle from another area dealer 2 days later. More

I found the large lounge where we did the negotiations and paperwork very comfortable and a unique way to complete a deal, everyone was helpful and friendly. I had several personal conversations with Steve my salesperson and Buick Manager who finally made the decision on the deal. I also have been contacted by service manager congratulating me on my purpose. I own several old vehicles and when I am again ready I will be going to Hendricks. Sincerely Bill More

I had gone to about 9 dealerships prior to coming here, and everyone was so friendly and made me feel welcome! Jarrett was very personable and made sure I ended up with a car I would be happy with. He took his time finding me the perfect car and didn't try to rush or push anything on me. If he showed me a car I didn't particularly care for or was iffy about, he would find me another that he thought I would like. I am extremely pleased with my experience here and I absolutely love my car!! I have been recommending him to everyone I know. Mike Zaremba also made financing my car a breeze and helped me find payments that I could afford. More

They were completely booked with appointments but I asked to speak to Pat Venable as I have many times in the past and she managed not only to work me in, but they quickly identified the problem, made the repairs and I was on my way. Pat always provides this type of quality customer service and the the repair technicians have always performed the work and returned my truck to me as clean as it was when I bought it in. With a very hectic schedule, this type of customer service makes the decision to return an easy one. More

Dealership is not accountable Brought my vehicle in for warranty work on my 2014 Chevrolet Suburban. The paint was bubbling/chipping, the dealer came to the conclusion that it was Brought my vehicle in for warranty work on my 2014 Chevrolet Suburban. The paint was bubbling/chipping, the dealer came to the conclusion that it was the result of acid rain. They got the warranty work approved through GM and attempted to fix it. After about two weeks the rain washed away the wax and we could see the white swirl marks all alongside my truck. This would be the first attempt. When it was brought to the dealers attention they brought in a paint supplier that provided them the materials and it was discovered that the dealer had missed some steps in the process in order to correct the mistake. Therefore the dealer paid an off site company to come in and detail our truck, in the hopes that it would correct the mistake. Two weeks after we received the vehicle, again the rain had washed off the wax and we could now see "bullseye" marks along both sides of the vehicle. Here is the point. The process started in September. We are now having to wait for further information on 5 January, 2015 (5 months) in before they can determine who is at fault, whether it be the dealer, or the paint supplier. The dealer doesn't want to accept responsibility and is trying to ensure that it wasn't anyone else's fault prior to them accepting full responsibility. I am now finding it hard to trust anyone there as a result. They take the shortest route, instead of fixing the mistake. I would be very hard pressed to purchase a vehicle from this dealership as a result of this encounter that I am having. I definitely am having a hard time with allowing them to touch my vehicle a third time due to the previous comments, and wouldn't recommend them to someone I disliked. Long story short, Take your business elsewhere. More

I decided to give this dealership a second chance and was very happy that i did. I ended up buying a new vehicle from who I think is the Best Client Advisor Blair Penny. I guess thats a little weighted due to not dealing with any other Client Advisor. However every employee that i crossed during my two vists were very friendly and greated me with a smile and can I help you. More
