AWFUL WORK DONE AT THE COLLISION CENTER! The collision center was recommended to be by my USAA agent for body work on my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek due to hail damage. I had damage on the hood, w The collision center was recommended to be by my USAA agent for body work on my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek due to hail damage. I had damage on the hood, which needed to be replaced because the paint was cracked, the roof and on all 4 doors. I bought my car brand new in Feb. 2016 and had put only 8K miles on it when I dropped it off in July 2017. It has been cared for very well and was in perfect condition, minus the hail damage. It took them a week to do the body work, as they had promised. When I picked my car up, I did a quick walk around the car. The body work looked great. When I got into my car, I noticed tons of dirty fingerprints on the interior side of the roof and on the visors. A few days later, i had gone somewhere at night. Upon returning to my car, I noticed that my interior light was on. When I checked, the switch was correctly set to "door" and the interior light should have turned off by itself after I had gotten out of the car and shut the door. It would not go off even after I had started the car and driven away. Then a few days later, while I was driving in rainy condition, the interior started leaking and I was getting steady drops of rain on my leg and leather seat. It was after hours so there was nothing I could do except to put a towel on my seat and hoped the rain would not continue through the night. I took my car back to the collision center first thing the following day to get the interior light and leak fixed. I was told that one of the wires on the light was not connected and the drainage hose on the roof wasn't connected properly. A week later, I went to clean my windshield, side, and rear windows. I noticed I was missing a screw on each side of a piece that connected my hood to my windshield. I also noticed that there were light white fingerprints on the black frame around the doors and whatever they had sprayed while painting had gotten on my rear window. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Also informed USAA of all the problems. More
