Transmission I had my transmission service done in 2016 and they told me I needed it done again after less than 20000 miles. That is not satisfactory at all. My poor corvette couldn’t come home for over a month The collision center and insurance company battled over prices meanwhile I received text messages each week saying my car was ready and then the date The collision center and insurance company battled over prices meanwhile I received text messages each week saying my car was ready and then the date would change again. The last text message I received said my car was ready got to the collision center by 5pm per the message and of course my car wasn’t ready they didn’t know why I was there because they didn’t have all the parts, mine you this has already been over a month. Speaking of parts each tome I spoke with someone they were finding more parts they needed to order which I didn’t understand how it took so long to find all the parts that were needed. That was my reason for chosing the Rick Hendrick Chevrolet because it was a corvette and I wanted it done right. Well needless to say they kept my car so long that the insurance company ended my rental car services after a month. I was without a car for over a week. Then when show to get my car they wanted me to pay the difference from the dispute they had with the insurance company because they didn’t think the second check the insurance company sent was enough, well of course I didn’t pay anything. My corvette was parked and hit by another driver new years night so his insurance was paying the bill so why would they think for any reason I would pay any thing. At one time they had me calling the other insurance company about the rates like I could make them change their minds. Then they wanted me to go through my insurance company thinking the stat farm could get a cheaper price and of course they couldn’t. But using my insurance company I would have had to pay my $500 deductible, so no thst wasn’t an option. Oh I almost for got when I went pick it up because they called it still wasn’t complete because they forgot to paint a section of the car which was clearly on the invoice. So no I wouldn’t recommend the collision center and I will never bring my corvette there again. More
