Our 2021 Bolt EV required an EV battery replacement due to a recall. We brought the vehicle in to be diagnosed, and due to the planned replacement we would have to wait until the dealership received the ne to a recall. We brought the vehicle in to be diagnosed, and due to the planned replacement we would have to wait until the dealership received the new battery (unknown length of time). Meanwhile our family was down a vehicle so we asked the service department for a loaner. Connor and the team were able to setup a temporary Hummer EV (wow!) until our Bolt's battery could be fixed. Luckily we only had to wait 2 weeks and the job was handled smoothly. Connor and his service manager Ebony were very helpful, efficient and professional with the entire process.
