I was so happy with the genuine concern that was shown from my technician although I did not get the truck fixed. I have had the Yukon for years and my technician was able to understand the sentimental va from my technician although I did not get the truck fixed. The times that it got my children back and forth even now as adults will never be forgotten, but it was on its last leg and my technician broke it down straight forward, but very gently that it was time to let it go. A 1 star rating is being generous. This was the wort service department I’ve ever dealt with. I had to track him down each time to get answers. On Friday at 3:30 I had to call to be told me car wouldn’t be ready at 5:30. 20 mins later I got a call stating they had to order more parts at a cost of $200. I called the service manager John Berry and he was equally rude. I got nowhere . I’m done with this place and I’d not recommend going here. This is the reason dealerships have a bad reputation. More

On the day they are to pick it up they said they won’t pickup to bring it in. I drive all the way there. They offered me 5 thousand less Than what they offered 3 days ago. I asked what’s wrong with the car they said it’s perfect. And they don’t want to pay what they said they will. Can’t believe they wasted days of my time. Only to screw me over after I get there.
