This Rick Hendrick service department is the worst service i have ever experienced. I would not take my vehicle here for service nor would I purchase a new vehicle from a place I didn't have confid service i have ever experienced. I would not take my vehicle here for service nor would I purchase a new vehicle from a place I didn't have confidence would take care of my vehicle when I needed them I have tried to elevate my co.munucation to the service manager and I felt he basically didn't believe what I was saying because he wasn't there nor could I provide the name of the 2 out of 5 customer service folks answering calls. Made no effort to communicate to me he hear me and was going to get to the bottom of things. Basically made me feel disregarded. I will never come to a Rick Hendrick Chevrolet again. I have purchased a corvette from them out of Charlotte with no issues . My current corvette i purchased else where but use to take it here for any service I needed. I had previously given these folks a much higher review but after this things are not the same as the last time I left that review More

Our 2021 Bolt EV required an EV battery replacement due to a recall. We brought the vehicle in to be diagnosed, and due to the planned replacement we would have to wait until the dealership received the ne to a recall. We brought the vehicle in to be diagnosed, and due to the planned replacement we would have to wait until the dealership received the new battery (unknown length of time). Meanwhile our family was down a vehicle so we asked the service department for a loaner. Connor and the team were able to setup a temporary Hummer EV (wow!) until our Bolt's battery could be fixed. Luckily we only had to wait 2 weeks and the job was handled smoothly. Connor and his service manager Ebony were very helpful, efficient and professional with the entire process. Exemplary customer service. Would recommend this dealership and hope they keep up the good work. More
