We were coming back to the farm from the feed store yesterday when our 2024 Silverado EV threw a code. We were carrying 1000 pounds of cattle feed. . We called Hendricks and the service people advised us to have it towed. We got it there and Jake arranged a loaner for us. That in itself is worth five stars. We are both in our 70s and I am recovering from surgery. Unbeknownst to us, Michael and Craig transferred the half ton of cow feed into the loaner truck. I would have been thrilled to pay $100 or more to get this done. They refused! I wish I could give these people 10 stars. Now that was a Christmas present! More

This Rick Hendrick service department is the worst service i have ever experienced. I would not take my vehicle here for service nor would I purchase a new vehicle from a place I didn't have confid service i have ever experienced. I would not take my vehicle here for service nor would I purchase a new vehicle from a place I didn't have confidence would take care of my vehicle when I needed them I have tried to elevate my co.munucation to the service manager and I felt he basically didn't believe what I was saying because he wasn't there nor could I provide the name of the 2 out of 5 customer service folks answering calls. Made no effort to communicate to me he hear me and was going to get to the bottom of things. Basically made me feel disregarded. I will never come to a Rick Hendrick Chevrolet again. I have purchased a corvette from them out of Charlotte with no issues . My current corvette i purchased else where but use to take it here for any service I needed. I had previously given these folks a much higher review but after this things are not the same as the last time I left that review More
