After making a rash purchase of a new Porsche Macan a few months ago, we decided it would not suit our needs and decided to try to make a trade withou After making a rash purchase of a new Porsche Macan a few months ago, we decided it would not suit our needs and decided to try to make a trade without getting stung too badly. I began shopping for slightly used X5's and found exactly what I wanted at Rick Hendrick BMW. I made an appointment to drive it the following day. While I test drove the BMW they accessed my Porsche and came back with a deal right away. It was so fair that I could not even bring myself to negotiate it down. The salesman, Terry Bacon, explained things very well and I did not feel pressured at all. I decided to make the deal and take advantage of the offered BMW 1% financing. The finance manager, Andrew, was very helpful, and made the copious paperwork easy to follow and navigate. I did purchase the wrap warranty, but still feel that it will be a nice addition to have, as we love the car and plan to keep it for a long time. When my purchase was complete, they both spent time with me orienting me to the new car, even though it was nearly 3 hours past closing time. All in all, a fabulous auto purchase experience! More

Justin Washington (Sales Associate) offered to get the car to Charleston the next day and we drove over from Dunes West to buy it on Friday. Working with Emily Grubisich (Finance Manager) made the complex paperwork process easy. When it was clear that the car was going to come out of the shop much later than expected, rather than having us wait, the sales team went above and beyond and Greg Hart (Used Car Manager) personally delivered the car to our home after work on Friday evening.
