Overall service was great. What really stood out was the level of communication I received from Nicole Floegel. She made me aware the service department was backed up and it might take a couple of days to complete the routine service. It was good to know this from a scheduling perspective. When the loaner car I received had a flat tire, I immediately reached out to Nicole to inform her the flat was severe and the car un-drivable. She expedited the repair so as to no inconvenience me based on my work schedule. My only issue is trying to understand how Hendricks books their service. I would have been willing to delay my service to limit the actual time to one day. Figuring this out would also take stress off the loaner car program. I am not sure how long it takes to do the service, but it just seems like it would be smoother with a more efficient scheduling system. More
