Dissapointed I did not receive the level of customer service that I am accustomed to as a member of the BMW family. Long hold times and subpar customer service. I did not receive the level of customer service that I am accustomed to as a member of the BMW family. Long hold times and subpar customer service. First visit: upon entry at the small service area I was not greeted for several mins. I stood in doorway while the two service agents who were present planted their heads in their computers. I then explained the issue that I was having with my tire air pressure and was told no tech was available and that I needed to make an appointment. After making an appointment and sending me on my way I quickly returned and asked if someone could put air in my tire before I left because I was afraid I would get a flat. Shouldn’t the agent have offered to do this without me having to ask. Second visit: Again upon entry I was not greeted by any of the agents present (there were at least 4 or 5 that I remember). I asked to speak to the agent who was handling my request and was told that she would be back in a moment. When she completed the transaction and returned my car to me I was completely disappointed. The tire that I received did not appear to be in new condition as agreed also the tech haphazardly left the tire bolt kit in my car. I am from out of town and my husband was concern with my tire blowing out on the way home that is the only reason why we allowed this dealership to service our car. Otherwise I would never do business at this location. I actually plan to contact corporate. More

Service appointment to change the car’s oil I had an appointment set for an Oil Change. Upon arrival I was told it would be an hour and a half to complete the oil change. About an hour and a q I had an appointment set for an Oil Change. Upon arrival I was told it would be an hour and a half to complete the oil change. About an hour and a quarter later, my car was ready and I was reminded that The Dealership completed the work early. So what happened to the 10 Minute Oil Change? Especially since I had an appointment. I wouldn’t be satisfied if I was the Dealership taking this long for a simply appointment to change the car’s oil. More

After I insisted that they do it, if they wanted to sell a car, they finally relented! Most sales people were friendly but some couldn't care if they sold a vehicle or not! More

Service on BMWx5 Staff is very courteous and professional; the gentleman who greets you at the door is awesome! Never patronize this dealer I was driving from HHI, SC to Charleston for 2 Dr.’s appointments & my car broke down about 15 minutes before my destination. Called Rick Hendricks de I was driving from HHI, SC to Charleston for 2 Dr.’s appointments & my car broke down about 15 minutes before my destination. Called Rick Hendricks dealership & tow company thru BMW. Tow truck arrived immediately. I asked for a loaner to go to my Dr.’s appointment & was told there were none & to call Enterprise. A car was brought to me & drive to Charleston. After my appointment I called the dealership for my car’s status. I spoke with Ed Ward in service & told that they were too busy to look at car & it would be a few days before they will check it. I explained that I need to get back home, HHI & need the car & did not want to have to drive back to pick it up. Ed refused. I then called BMW service pick up & after explaining the situation they picked up my car @ Hendriks & agreed to tow car to the BMW dealership on HHI. I returned my rental & went to HHI with my car on a flat bed trailer.i have never been treated so poorly. On the other hand, the BMW dealership on HHI is excellent & I have never had any problem with them. Ed Ward was rude, indifferent & if no help to me. I asked him to speak to the manager & was told he was busy. More
