I had my annual service for my M240 on September 9. Sarah was my service writer. All work was done in the time they predicted and my car was cleaned on the inside; I turned down the offer to wash the outside was my service writer. The Tanaka airbag was repaired as a result of a recall. Service reps very helpful thus friendly. In addition to airbag repair they reviewed and serviced other parts of the engine, i.e. topped off fluids, Service reps very helpful thus friendly. I’m sure they did what was schedule but however for the price they are charging, complimentary car wash should be mandatory. Also, I paid the diagnostic fee of $96 and was told after that it would cost me price they are charging, complimentary car wash should be mandatory. Also, I paid the diagnostic fee of $96 and was told after that it would cost me $492 for the repair. Now, I was told that the diagnostic fee was good for 30 days and would be subtracted from the $492. I’m military so I was told I get a 10% discount so that should put me around a total cost around $357 plus fees. However at the end of it all I still paid $447. Tyler, which was the guy name, told me it took longer/extra for some reason but that shouldn’t matter since you quoted me a price. More
