When I first was introduced to this dealership, last July 2020, I never thought of how courtesy and most of all professional everyone would remain after getting a vehicle. The service dept excels with timel 2020, I never thought of how courtesy and most of all professional everyone would remain after getting a vehicle. The service dept excels with timeliness and communication. Never did I feel like I couldn't trust my service rep, Kirk Yoon, as he explained exactly what the issue was involving my vehicle. The dealership is very good. The problem was I got the car 2 months after the delivery due date. Then, because the car came so late, the blue book value had gone down by $500. So, through no fault of mine car 2 months after the delivery due date. Then, because the car came so late, the blue book value had gone down by $500. So, through no fault of mine, I was penalized. Great experience with some minor issues with my M car. Personally felt dealer was going to be best avenue for resolving. Scheduled appointment was easy and Nicole walked me through the process. I had to wait 24 hrs to get my tire looked at bc RHBMW has rule you have to wait in their crowded waiting room -INSIDE - DURING COVID - or you get pushed to end of service line, even tho I had an appt. the service on my appointment for new tires could not have been worse. I called dealership and BMW recommended the tires for the car. When my car got to the dealership on a Saturday they realized t have been worse. I called dealership and BMW recommended the tires for the car. When my car got to the dealership on a Saturday they realized that the wrong tires had been ordered. They kept my car and said the tires would be installed on Tuesday. I arranged to be at dealership on Tuesday but upon arrival they informed me it would be another couple of hours before my tires would be on my car. Eventually got my car back on Wednesday at end of day for tires that we scheduled to be installed on Saturday! Disappointing that a premium dealership would allow this type of service More
