Process was smooth and easy when dropping off my car, getting my loaner car and picking up my car. Jimmy Corder took time to explain my problem and how it would be fixed. Service appointment handled buy Nichole and had me in and out in last than two hours including a car wash. Video of service technician showing the car , tires and brake pad thickness. I am not happy with this dealership service at alll. I come here all the time thinking i will get the best service possible becuase they are BMW but they have very poor customer service. They will not treat you good even though you have emergency. I came for service and wanted a loaner and they told me to book appointment. I already had an appointment but it was later date which i booked a month ago. My car needed service immediately so i went in and they refused to give me a loaner. I have home emergency as well which i mentioned and after that still the manager said to book a rental. What is this? Is this Rick Hendrick BMW of Charleston?? Or its a regular brakes R less location. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in their customer service and service. More
Highly disappointed in the service provided! !! I brought my BMW M3 to them explaining very specifically a problem that is new and concerning with the clutch. I have driven the car for two years !! I brought my BMW M3 to them explaining very specifically a problem that is new and concerning with the clutch. I have driven the car for two years and it never drove this way previously. They had one technician drive my car and then send me a bill for $95 saying there’s nothing wrong with your car. You can pick it up whenever. I explained again that something is definitely wrong with the vehicle. Please have someone else drive it (which why should I as a customer have to say that??? isn’t that common sense????) The next phone call I got was: we had a master technician drive, your car, and he said yep, the whole clutch and flywheel need to be replaced. It’s going to be $5500. What a joke! He never even took the clutch apart, or gave me the option to replace only the clutch! Even if he believed it was the clutch he wouldn’t know that the flywheel also need to be replaced until it was completely taken apart. There was a high chance that I caught the problem soon enough that the fly wheel wasn’t even damaged! Yet he didn’t give me that option or explain that. I suppose he figured because I was a girl, he could pull one over on me! So frustrating! I came and picked up my car pay the $95 and took it elsewhere. More
