We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Adam Ballou at Hendrick BMW in Charleston. It was our first time buying a car with our almost two year old in tow, so it could have been a very stressful experie at Hendrick BMW in Charleston. It was our first time buying a car with our almost two year old in tow, so it could have been a very stressful experience but Adam was very patient and one of the team even gave our son a BMW teddy bear when he saw how much he wanted to play with one! We were undecided between the X6 and X7 when we arrived but had been liaising with Adam beforehand by email. He had the X6 waiting out front and when we said we’d like to look at the X7 also, he went through the inventory with us and chose the best one. We did two test drives. Adam had a planned route for the test drives that took in highway as well as surface roads, so we got a real feel for what the cars felt like to drive. Adam was really knowledgeable about BMW in general, and a fellow petrol head, which was nice. Once we’d made our decision (X7 for the extra space - the joys of parenthood!) Adam and the team pulled up the paperwork quickly and painlessly, and gave us a good deal for the car we were trading in. Ultimately, it was a pleasant and painless experience and we couldn’t be happier with our new car! 100% would recommend and be sure to ask for Adam Ballou. More

SERVICE PERSONNEL WERE EXCELLENT. NO LOANER CAR AVAILABLE IS COMPLETELY UNSAT. MY X3 SUV HAS HAD 2 SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITHIN 12 MONTHS--FAILED DIFFERENTIAL AT 40000 MILES and FAILED STA NO LOANER CAR AVAILABLE IS COMPLETELY UNSAT.
