We brought our car in for service which was fine. However, we asked Tyler, our service rep, for a price to sell the car since we no longer needed 2 vehicles. I was traveling through your area when Service engine soon light came on. In a panic I pulled into your service center. A young man named Jake looked at my issue for me. The sale guy, Steven, was good. Can’t trust the number that Eric will present you. Shuffling numbers, presenting you with a trade value that has the sales tax and your first payment Can’t trust the number that Eric will present you. Shuffling numbers, presenting you with a trade value that has the sales tax and your first payment baked in it. Your payment includes some warranty products that they sell whether you agreed to it or not. You will only find out too late with you meet the rude finance guy that will ask you, as you try to understand the misrepresentation of the numbers, if you would like to sign or not as the dealership is closed and he wants to go home! I contacted the general manager but no reply. Terrible experience and will never buy from or refer to again. More
