The wait was very long for the finance manager to compile and complete all the paperwork. The service writer (Terry Troutman) took care of me as soon as I walked in. Was very polite and professional and gave me an approximate time (since I was waiting) it would be finished; he was accurate wit soon as I walked in. I arrived there at 9;15 am for my 9:30 appointment. I also got a loaner to use In Charleston that day. I live 2 hours from the dealership. We returned to the dealership at 3:00, assuming the car would be ready since it had been there 6 hours. At 3:00 they had just started working on it and said it might not be ready that day. That meant I would have to drive their loner home for the night and then drive it back the next day. We were rather distressed about that, and our service advisor helped getting things going quickly after that. I do not think you should put waiters in front of someone who took a loaner just for a few hours. All the work was satisfactory, and we finally left around 6 pm. If one has an appointment, the work should be started at the time. of the appointment instead of the end of the day. More
