The Rick Hendrick dealership was bright, attractive and clean. Also, they had many vehicles in their inventory and on the lot to see. However, let me say more than a few words about Teresa. She was and is excellent…as a person, as a Sales Advisor and as a representative for Rick Hendrick BMW. She went the extra mile to research vehicle availability, communicate and ultimately place our Build to Order X3 with the factory. She tracked our car though production, which came to the dealership remarkably fast. When Teresa was unavailable, Steve Prescott quickly stepped in to handle communications and order details. My wife and I most highly recommend Teresa especially and Rick Hendrick BMW to everyone; y’all come. More

Very disappointed with Hendrick's service departments (CLT & CHS) and BMW in general. Had car serviced in CLT and then when we were in CHS area it wouldn't start. CHS BMW re-did much of what CLT di (CLT & CHS) and BMW in general. Had car serviced in CLT and then when we were in CHS area it wouldn't start.
