One person told us she switched to BMW from an Audi dealer nearby because the car quality and service attitude at Hendrick were MUCH better. More

I took my car in for routine service and received it back with more warning lights on Figured it was a "drive around and they turn off" type of thing, but when I called in a couple days later asking why t with more warning lights on Figured it was a "drive around and they turn off" type of thing, but when I called in a couple days later asking why they were on, the service desk told me the lights were already on when I turned my car in, which was not the case I gave them an opportunity to make it right since I had a video of the dash from the day before with no warning lights on and took it to a 3rd party who ran the codes and confirmed the date, time, and miles on the odometer when the warning lights came on, which was the day they serviced my vehicle The service manager Jared Young got super defensive and screamed at me over the phone in a threatening tone. After I inquired further, he said they would call me back with further info on diagnostics to find out when the lights came on, and ended up never calling me back (presumably after finding out the lights came on because of their service). Overall a terrible experience and after paying a large sum to service my car, now have to pay even more to fix the problem the lights indicate. They've lost a customer, and I will also tell my family and friends not to visit this location. More
