Prior to arriving at the dealership, I researched the X3 online for about two weeks. When meeting with John Fulp, I informed him about the exact X3 which I was highly interested. He had the vehicle brough online for about two weeks. When meeting with John Fulp, I informed him about the exact X3 which I was highly interested. He had the vehicle brought around for me to test drive. Afterwards, he showed me another car which was similar. He took the time to compare and contrast both vehicles. The major thing which made me feel comfortable was John's lack of pressure or pushing me to purchase a vehicle. This is my third vehicle from Rick Hendrick's, but 10th vehicle purchased, so I'm very able to handle myself with pushy people. John made me feel relaxed, avoided pushing me to make a quick decision, and was very professional. I love my BMW X3 and the electric blue color. He even ensured that the "electronic genius" was available to see me the same day of pickup, so he could review all the electronic "gadgets," and technology. This was a great buying experience for me thanks to John Fulps. More
