I took my car in for a brake fluid flush. The technician casually mentioned that he was adding a Vehicle Check. As we had just had the car serviced 1/11/24, I didn’t think it needed it but, The technician casually mentioned that he was adding a Vehicle Check. As we had just had the car serviced 1/11/24, I didn’t think it needed it but, on the 1/11/24 service that vehicle check was free. Turns out this was a different type of vehicle check and only added $120 to my bill. Not happy! I mentioned to the tech and he did offer to remove the charge, but as I had signed agreeing to the service, I didn’t want him to get in trouble. Tell people up front what the charges are going to be for your services. The incessant upselling is distracting from what otherwise is very good service. More

I asked for a video and estimate so I could send to insurance he said have your insurance call him they did, no answer , no return call ever 1/30/24 433 pm Keith called said he would email me estimate but no video and will send estimate right away but no email ever came ! First he said I don’t have your email and I said you must because I got an email video Friday then he read off my email! 1/31 Keith called asked if I had any news from insurance and of course I said no because you never sent me estimate ! 3:50 pm Finally received estimate and started my claim with insurance 2/12 work completed and car picked up Car at BMW 19 days More
