Not a good experience this time. Appointment was 1:30. I gave approval to replace the battery if needed. At 3:32 I received a text from technician with inspection video saying "Your service advisor will reach out as soon as your estimate is complete. At 4:20pm I went to my service advisor Keith to see what was going on and he said it would be another hour to reprogram my vehicle. He gave me no estimate. When I checked out I had a bill for $329.26 which caught me a bit off-guard expecting only at worst to have to replace a battery. Very poor customer service in a place where I typically brag on the service team and advisors. More

I had the misfortune of 2 extended service repairs in a short time. Chad Tinti and others in the service department were very helpful and provided a loaner vehicle. I'll start by saying that the $1100. 00 price tag on replacing two tires and doing an alignment seems wrong to me, especially given that the car was 8 months old... I guess that specialty warranty item would have paid for itself. However, I was treated like royalty by Chad and Alli... when I came in to pick the car up, they could not have been more pleasant ... Alli was golden and removed a $40 charge that seemed mysterious... Chad was a delight across the entirety of the process of getting the repair done and he had the car cleaned and brought it around for me when I picked it up. It is noteworthy that at the previous dealership I dealt with, the car cleaning was so poorly done that I asked them to not bother anymore once I realized they could careless about actually getting the car clean (My bar for clean is very high). At this dealership, the standards are much higher and I will happily have them clean it at any future service encounter. Bravo!!!! More
