Upon meeting my salesperson, Teresa Troutman, and her manager, Alex, it was evident that my expectation was realized. Teresa was the consummate professional: friendly, engaging, attentive and very knowledgeable of the products and processes. Within minutes, she established a rapport that put me at ease and confident in my choice of dealership. She went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me. She carefully listened to my concerns and thoughtfully addressed them. When we determined the vehicle that perfectly matched my wish list was not available on the lot, she searched the inventory at other dealerships. We ultimately decided on a NEW build. The BMW plant here in SC immediately began producing my new car and it was delivered within a week!! Throughout the process, Teresa did a wonderful job communicating with me. She texted me often about the progress of the build and the delivery date, further solidifying what an amazing professional she is. Once the vehicle was delivered, Christian Irelan, a BMW ‘genius’ spent 2 hours introducing me to the mind blowing technology in my new BMW X 5. Christian was patient and informative. Christian offered me his business card and encouraged me to contact him with further questions or to plan a follow up review. The purchase process and warranty selection was expertly executed by Trae Glidewell. His patience and knowledge also made that process seamless. I highly recommend this dealership!
