Not a good experience this time. Appointment was 1:30. I gave approval to replace the battery if needed. At 3:32 I received a text from technician with inspection video saying "Your service advisor will reach out as soon as your estimate is complete. At 4:20pm I went to my service advisor Keith to see what was going on and he said it would be another hour to reprogram my vehicle. He gave me no estimate. When I checked out I had a bill for $329.26 which caught me a bit off-guard expecting only at worst to have to replace a battery. Very poor customer service in a place where I typically brag on the service team and advisors. More
