Prior to arriving at the dealership, I researched the X3 online for about two weeks. When meeting with John Fulp, I informed him about the exact X3 which I was highly interested. He had the vehicle brough online for about two weeks. When meeting with John Fulp, I informed him about the exact X3 which I was highly interested. He had the vehicle brought around for me to test drive. Afterwards, he showed me another car which was similar. He took the time to compare and contrast both vehicles. The major thing which made me feel comfortable was John's lack of pressure or pushing me to purchase a vehicle. This is my third vehicle from Rick Hendrick's, but 10th vehicle purchased, so I'm very able to handle myself with pushy people. John made me feel relaxed, avoided pushing me to make a quick decision, and was very professional. I love my BMW X3 and the electric blue color. He even ensured that the "electronic genius" was available to see me the same day of pickup, so he could review all the electronic "gadgets," and technology. This was a great buying experience for me thanks to John Fulps. More

If I could give this dealership a 0 rating I would not even a half of a star !!Took my car in for tires, thought I only needed one got a video inspection said I needed two tires instead which was no probl even a half of a star !!Took my car in for tires, thought I only needed one got a video inspection said I needed two tires instead which was no problem I asked for an oil change since the car was already there got a call almost a week later from the advisor that when the we technician took my car on a test drive to check the tires my transmission failed completely 14,000 dollars! How insane is that !! BE CAREFUL !!my car is still parked at Rick Hendricks BMW of Charleston! will be going high profile with this story!! More

Overall experience was good but this is the second car bought at this dealership within past 18 months, and the second one that had some issues withing first 100 miles, nothing major just nuisance stuff b bought at this dealership within past 18 months, and the second one that had some issues withing first 100 miles, nothing major just nuisance stuff but required to leave the vehicle at service dept during first week. They should put in a little more effort and follow-up for current sale, it'll influence my decision on next purchase, once I bought the car never heard from them again knowing I was having some issues during first few days. It's the little things that make a big difference. I usually buy a new vehicle every few years I'll most likely be back because I like the BMW's but I will also shop around. More
