We were need a car for these days and despite the fact that most of the rental car companies were closed due to a hurricane, Elvis Gamez found a way out and provided us with a car until our car will be fixed. I had to talk to the manager to get my car out of their shop because it was visibly idle in the same spot I had left in...for 3 hours. Incident 2) seeking help for a faulty steering wheel, they laughed in my face and dismissed my explanation for having a broken steering wheel. They were planning on overcharging me $300 for a $180 part. Elvis Lopez was the only professional working there. More
Oil change 3 hrs than Daniel said I needed an antenna Long story short when I took the car back for the anttena wish my anttena was not even loose as they said it was Elvis and Daniel we're insisting on m Long story short when I took the car back for the anttena wish my anttena was not even loose as they said it was Elvis and Daniel we're insisting on me doing a survey on the spot and that they would do it for me I told them I never heard of such a thing you have not even given my keys back what's the problem I will do it later, even the guy that was there said he never heard of such a thing, got my keys left there went home than I went back to the car to get the dealership's paper work when I noticed a dent on bottom right bumper called the dealer it was closed went back the following morning my son went inside to get Daniel he took pictures to give to Elvis I never got a call back like Daniel said, so on the 4th day I called Elvis answered said to come in went there it was a waste of time nothing was done call and emailed Rick Case to no avail not even a call back from Rick Case and now my phone number is blocked NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL , AND MY CAR STILL DENTED. More
Longest worse service ever I’m typing this as I’m sitting in the waiting area for 3 hours and 15 minutes !!!!! This is ridiculous!! Excellent Customer Service I've been a customer for 2 years now and whenever I take my car for it's regular maintenance, it's like they are trying to make a good first expressio I've been a customer for 2 years now and whenever I take my car for it's regular maintenance, it's like they are trying to make a good first expression every time! Brad Williams, my service rep, seems to go above and beyond every time I visit. He prepares me for future maintenance services, gives me status updates while I'm waiting and seems to treat me like I'm his only customer. I can't ask for any better service. More
New Car Purchase Undisclosed Previous Collision. 6-7-18 I purchased a new KIA Sorrento in 2015 from Rick Case KIA, and I was recently informed (about 3-4 weeks ago) that the vehicle had been in a 6-7-18 I purchased a new KIA Sorrento in 2015 from Rick Case KIA, and I was recently informed (about 3-4 weeks ago) that the vehicle had been in a front end collision and poorly repaired before it was sold to me as new. This auto dealer, Rick Case KIA, sold me a new vehicle, that had been in a previous collision, and did not disclose this upon the sale. Fraud? Now the dealer, Rick Case KIA, says they won’t honor any of my warranted repairs because of the collision I had nothing to do with, and never knew about. The question being, how many wrecked, repaired vehicles are they selling as new? Tried to go through all the correct channels to correct this issue and have gotten nowhere. Tried to talk to the Rick Case KIA manager, told me I was a liar. I tried to talk to Rick Case’s assistant, she refused to respond. I tried to contact Rick Case directly, no response. I tried to get KIA Customer Affairs involved in California to help, they accomplished nothing. The dealer has put the blame on me, very disrespectfully at that. Basically the manager of Rick Case KIA called me a liar. The manager of the dealership also made me an offer to trade my car in, let me buy a new one from them, and he would send my car to auction without divulging that the vehicle was ever in a collision. Fraud? I need help getting this message out to anyone interested in doing business with Rick Case Automotive Group. Don’t! Frauds! Selling damaged vehicle as new, and calling what could have been a long time client, a liar. Rick Case or his lead associates will not return any of my calls or emails. Worst experience ever dealing with a car dealership, its management and all the others involved. More
