PLEASE READ AND MAKE YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS: On June 6th, 2018 I entered Rick Case KIA and I was approached by Otto Aponte (Sales Consultant) and we discussed the purchase options on a 2018 Kia On June 6th, 2018 I entered Rick Case KIA and I was approached by Otto Aponte (Sales Consultant) and we discussed the purchase options on a 2018 Kia Optima, This Guy was Truly Professional and His Knowledge exceeded My Expectations (So Far Everything Was Perfect). Prior to entering the Dealership I checked My Credit Score and it was NOT Perfect (666 TWU and 671 Equifax) and then I was approached by TED GOLDBERG, Financial Manager at KIA. This Guy places a DOCUMENT and tells me that My Credit was 624 with Experian and that " The Loan will be based on the 624 score, You have Poor Credit and This Loan Will Help You Improve Your Score" at this point I told Him to check the other Credit Reports, He EMPHATICALLY said that 624 was the Highest Among the 3 Credit Agencies. I insisted and after hesitation by TED GOLBERG he returned with the other TWO and stated: "here they are". The Highest Came Back at 677 and 671. I QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT HIS MISTAKE, APPROACH AND FAILURE TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE AND LIKE MAGIC HE SIMPLY DISAPPEARED. This TED GOLDBERG is a CON and Most Likely The Practice is ENDORSED by Management at The Highest Levels at Rick Case. BE EXTRA CAREFUL DEALING WITH RICK CASE. New Car Purchase Undisclosed Previous Collision. 6-7-18 I purchased a new KIA Sorrento in 2015 from Rick Case KIA, and I was recently informed (about 3-4 weeks ago) that the vehicle had been in a 6-7-18 I purchased a new KIA Sorrento in 2015 from Rick Case KIA, and I was recently informed (about 3-4 weeks ago) that the vehicle had been in a front end collision and poorly repaired before it was sold to me as new. This auto dealer, Rick Case KIA, sold me a new vehicle, that had been in a previous collision, and did not disclose this upon the sale. Fraud? Now the dealer, Rick Case KIA, says they won’t honor any of my warranted repairs because of the collision I had nothing to do with, and never knew about. The question being, how many wrecked, repaired vehicles are they selling as new? Tried to go through all the correct channels to correct this issue and have gotten nowhere. Tried to talk to the Rick Case KIA manager, told me I was a liar. I tried to talk to Rick Case’s assistant, she refused to respond. I tried to contact Rick Case directly, no response. I tried to get KIA Customer Affairs involved in California to help, they accomplished nothing. The dealer has put the blame on me, very disrespectfully at that. Basically the manager of Rick Case KIA called me a liar. The manager of the dealership also made me an offer to trade my car in, let me buy a new one from them, and he would send my car to auction without divulging that the vehicle was ever in a collision. Fraud? I need help getting this message out to anyone interested in doing business with Rick Case Automotive Group. Don’t! Frauds! Selling damaged vehicle as new, and calling what could have been a long time client, a liar. Rick Case or his lead associates will not return any of my calls or emails. Worst experience ever dealing with a car dealership, its management and all the others involved. More

Horrible customer service and fraudulent conduct from sales The most horrible dealership I've ever been to..not only do the lie and conduct fraudulent business ....they have incompetent people working there...A The most horrible dealership I've ever been to..not only do the lie and conduct fraudulent business ....they have incompetent people working there...Anwar (Andy) Taylor was my sales person and he coached me on how to lie to get financing..I have that recorded!! I ended up paying for my vehicle after 7 hours of severe pressure.... I left only to earn I bought a inferior car with issues.. I called the next day and briefly spoke to Andy .. He said Ill call you right back !! Its now been 7 hours never heard from him..this place sucks they are liars and theives But Karma wi)l get them and so will the State Attorney for fraud..??Buyers Beware More

I called Tuesday to check the status and the dealer thought it had arrived Monday, grr, but would call me back in ten minutes to confirm, and I never got called back. Useless. More
Do not honor offered prices. Beware of their offers. I exchanged at least 15 emails with details on a deal. Once we reached an agreement I went to the store and to my surprise the deal I had in writing was simply not honored. They asked me for an additional $1,300 upfront. Not honest and not even an attempt to explain. Very poor customer service. More

We were introduced to Javier Baigorria the minute we saw him my husband told me God has answer our prayer Mr. Javier is the one. My husband was right, He was very helpful, He is the best, he made us feel not just customers, but like we were his family, he worked with us in our best interest, and got us a very satisfying deal. I was told that someone in Texas had put a down-payment on the vehicle so it was "basically sold". I completely understood and told the salesman (Andy Taylor) the same. On 2017-11-20, the price of the vehicle had dropped $100. I figured the deal from Texas fell through and thought I should go back and ask about the deal. On 2017-11-22, I see the vehicle sold for $1,000 MORE than the asking price... Sounds a little fishy to me but you can make your own conclusions. I left feeling like they were honest and straight-forward. Now, not so much. Good luck. Just saying. More

We met Jamal a My husband and I went looking for a used Kia Sorento last weekend, We had been to several other dealerships before coming to Rick Case. We met Jamal and he showed us several cars. Unfortunately , they were either out of our price range or not what we were looking for (3rd row seating for our growing family). As a last resort, he told us about this one last Sorento that had not been cleaned yet. Aside from a few scratches and a sour smell in the back, it was exactly what we were looking for. We decided to put in an offer and he worked well with us. We all came to a happy agreement. He promised to have the car cleaned for us and the scratches worked on before coming to get the car. Even though it took a few days to finally get the car to us, it was well worth the wait. Jamal kept us informed everyday of what was going on with the car and was checking in on the car for us constantly while it was being serviced. He even kept his word about getting us new car mats. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jamal. During the transaction, he made us feel very comfortable and even fed us lunch and coffee. He felt like family and I have never said that about any car dealer EVER!! I look forward to working with Jamal when I go to turn in my next car (second car) and have complete faith that he will provide me with nothing but the best. Thank you Jamal for all of your hard work and persistence on getting us our new family car! More
