We were need a car for these days and despite the fact that most of the rental car companies were closed due to a hurricane, Elvis Gamez found a way out and provided us with a car until our car will be fixed. I contacted him via phone and told him what I needed, he found a great deal for me. The professionalism and at the same time the friendliness this dealer has was a breath of fresh air. Houssine made us feel comfortable and not the feeling one usually gets at a dealership... pressured, stressed, or hurried into signing. He made things clear and simple as did I and there were no need for games. He allowed me to test drive, walk the garage to pick out the color all of this with great attention and attitude, keep in mind they were 20 minutes from closing when I got there. Left there with a KIA Forte and a huge smile on my face and gratitude in my heart as I drove into the sunset (literally!).
