Cancer survivor with an affected right lung. 1 year cat air broke in this heat. Only car in the household. Part not available to fix. Requested a loaner car only to be told I can drive the car w 1 year cat air broke in this heat. Only car in the household. Part not available to fix. Requested a loaner car only to be told I can drive the car without air until part arrives. Only 1 car in the home. No assistance offered to expedite part or anything. Repeatedly spoke to Robert Labelle and Collin Lord. Called general manager, does not pick up. When I drove the car it clocked inside 96 degrees. Imagine with respiratory issues. Shame on them! Stefano Vigil is the worst advisor at this dealer. He has poor customer service skills. He failed to update me about my car status and return my calls. He told me when I dropped my car off that it wo He has poor customer service skills. He failed to update me about my car status and return my calls. He told me when I dropped my car off that it would have to stay for the following day, which did not happen because I had to miss work on the day my car was supposed to be ready. Given that he knew about my transportation trouble, he should have called or texted me so that I could make arrangements. Because of that experience, I will not bring my car to this dealer for any future services or purchase a new car with them. I drove from Hollywood to this dealership only because my buying experience was great, and my first oil change advisor was excellent. However, this trip will be my last trip there. Unfortunately, communication was not one of his skills. More
Went for an oil change was in and out quicker than expected however received my car back with the service light still on and my tires with all different pressures. I came with an appointment set for a regular maintenance and they took over 3 hrs to complete the job. Everyone came and left and I was the only one in the showroom. Having to go back and forth with the ser and they took over 3 hrs to complete the job. Everyone came and left and I was the only one in the showroom. Having to go back and forth with the service advisor, I finally got it but I found a scratch that wasn’t previously there when I dropped it off. This is my second worst experience here. Very disappointed More
