They need to get their act together when it comes to maintenance. You can't get anyone when you call and they continually mis-diagnose issues or don't diagnose at all it seems and you keep having to go maintenance. You can't get anyone when you call and they continually mis-diagnose issues or don't diagnose at all it seems and you keep having to go back for the same issue. Service used to be good but maybe as you go in more often and they have to charge it to the extended warranty, they get more reluctant to offer good service. Who knows. One star. More

It is sad when professionals have to blatantly lie to cover their incompetence. So is the case with Rick Case Plantation Service department from their manager to Robert the Service Advisor. When told there was only one car in the household, we’re told not eligible for loaner car because it was not a mechanical issue. When asked to drive the car without air conditioner until part arrived, my husband explained, I am a Cancer survivor whose right lung was adversely affected. Facing breathing challenges with Florida’s weather. Nothing! Not only were we assured with a loaner car, the part came in, lied when it came in and a week later my husband and I are without our car. This is tragic. . More
