Had my new Hyundai in the shop three times for a minor brake repair. The last time they kept the car for 4 days. I live in Florida and yes we do get rain and puddles) Fortunately the car is under factory warranty otherwise I was told I would have to pay a $250.00 diagnostic fee and $250.00 hour labor! At no time during my three visits was an apology offered or any transportation other than a Hertz rent a car, at my expense. More
