Exceleent service towards me and my vehicle Samuel Neely and the guys were great at servicing my vehicle and helping me to understand the vehicle needs and how repaired would cause it to perform Samuel Neely and the guys were great at servicing my vehicle and helping me to understand the vehicle needs and how repaired would cause it to perform in these areas better. Job incomplete so rating is not final. I Purchased a 2018 new Hyundai accent in August 2018. In January 2019, for the first time, the tire inflation light went on on the dashboard. When I w I Purchased a 2018 new Hyundai accent in August 2018. In January 2019, for the first time, the tire inflation light went on on the dashboard. When I was in the process of putting some air in the right l I Purchased a 2018 new Hyundai accent in August 2018. In January 2019, for the first time, the tire inflation light went on on the dashboard. When I was in the process of putting some air in the Front left tire, the pin in the middle of the nipple somehow broke off and all of the air flowed out of the tire. AAA put the spare on for me. I called Rick Case and got an appointment for two days later. After about an hour and a half, I was told that they needed a part in order to repair the wheel or tire or whatever the problem was. I was sent home in the same condition in which I had arrived, and was told that I would be called when the part was received. So the problem was not resolved. I won’t give a rating until the problem has been resolved, and I see how it was fixed. More
