I would like to commend you for the excellent customer service I received from your service advisor, Karim Elsayed. Karim honored my appointment time, got me right in and assured me I would out in 2 hours service I received from your service advisor, Karim Elsayed. Karim honored my appointment time, got me right in and assured me I would out in 2 hours (after he checked with the service department). He did all this, and stayed until my car was finished 1/2 hour before schedule, while having mentioned he needed to leave for a family emergency. He never let his personal emergency get in the way of his job and that is something rarely seen these days! Karim is the reason I will continue to take my car to this dealership! More

Great service, Tom was very detailed in taking notes on my issues, reiterated what they'd do, how long it would be. He even got their shuttle to take me home so i wouldn't miss a work day. My experience this time was a little better than my previous visit which was absolutely terrible. No one greets you when you drop off your car for servicing after asking servicemen for help I was told previous visit which was absolutely terrible. No one greets you when you drop off your car for servicing after asking servicemen for help I was told to wait until someone is free. When I saw my car was ready i had to ask for my paperwork so I could get checked out. Before driving off I noticed they didn’t reset on service indicator therefore I had to go back to the service desk to have this done. I have continued to receive emails and texts messages saying I missed my appointment. For a company that been in business for so many years I cannot understand that you don’t know how to service your customers. More
