No Mr. : Mr Colin or Rick case Hyundai, Your entire service department could NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS, they didn’t know how to help customer with out scaring us, lying us and overcharging after treating us badly. And what do you want me to tell you about your personal service if you NEVER SHOW UP WHEN I ASK YOUR YOU SO MANY TIMES?? But don’t worry, next time I will shout loud your name so you and all those around you can hear me so they let you know in case you want to apologize and reward me for all inconvenience your department & employees have caused me. I understand that it’s almost impossible for you to assume & fix your HORRORS and sorry but I can’t call then mistakes when thing are doing wrong with bad intentions and bad manners. Ahh one more little thing I hope you have the authority to hire someone to answer the phones at list for appointments and found someone to fix the car wash or ask your sales persons don’t promise to yours customers free car wash when we buy your new failed cars because on last 2 years never was available or working. Feel free to contact me if you consider it necessary. IM ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO DOLVE PROBLEMS OR HELP SOMEONE.
