Update: never doubt that you can’t get your car serviced quickly at this location…despite calling on the phone and the switchboard operator telling me “it may not be till next week“. I had a nail on the ins quickly at this location…despite calling on the phone and the switchboard operator telling me “it may not be till next week“. I had a nail on the inside of my tire. It required an entire replacement based on my road hazard insurance. When I pulled in I found that there were very few cars being serviced. I was immediately welcomed by the service advisor James R. James immediately processed my vehicle, checked my insurance, and despite having to wait a bit longer on such an impromptu visit, I was thrilled to find out they could fix it! I’ve never had an advisor that was this fast or efficient and knowledgeable about processing the insurance on the road hazard. This was probably my best experience thus far in 40 years at a service facility for a car. Kudos to Rick Case. More

Buying experience is wonderful. However getting service in a timely manner is a different story. I had a 10:30am appt for oil change and wiper blade replacement. Do not bring your vehicle for service to this location. Horrible service had and appointment for 9:30 didn't leave there until 2:30 before Donnie try to sell me a suv instead of fixing my car because when I buy my car Mauricio put the wrong mileage 44000.00 leave there until 2:30 before Donnie try to sell me a suv instead of fixing my car because when I buy my car Mauricio put the wrong mileage 44000.00 instead of 4000 and Donnie is so out of place because I told him I have to talk to my husband about getting a jeep for the car I have, if I ever gonna get another car from there I do not want Donnie as my sales rep!
