Robert was excellent I was disappointed though because I replaced the main belt last year about 6 month ago and they did not check the Tension mechanism and of course it went bad this year and it cost me to replaced the main belt last year about 6 month ago and they did not check the Tension mechanism and of course it went bad this year and it cost me to over $1200 to fix when I just replace the brand new belt last year that cost me over $800 so I think they should’ve checked that out before they fix the belt last year so they would not have this problem this year More

I had 2 questions. 1st question: at my current mileage, am I due for anything other than an oil change. The communication was great as my car was getting fixed and we were awaiting for the part to be delivered for over a month. Robert Labelle kept in touch with me daily to let me know the progress.
