Wonderful car buying experience! I simply brought my 2011 Sonata into the Service Department to be checked out as I was going out of town the follwing day. The car was fine, however I I simply brought my 2011 Sonata into the Service Department to be checked out as I was going out of town the follwing day. The car was fine, however I asked them about several letters I had received from another Hyundai dealership offering to upgrade me to a 2015 Sonata. The service manager introduced me to Easton Jones who was wonderful, non-aggressive & showed me a 2016 Sonata as they had no more 2015 models on their lot. Finance manager Malik Saleh not only matched what the other dealership offered for my 2011, I received a significantly lower interest rate and service for 5 years. Awesome upgrade as the 2016 Sonata is a quality vehicle & has everything I need at an affordable price. Awesome car buying experience. More

Worst Maintenance dept ever!!! Bought my car here and Moe did great, but know that I had some issues with my car that needed to be addressed I came to find out the reason of the man Bought my car here and Moe did great, but know that I had some issues with my car that needed to be addressed I came to find out the reason of the many negative reviews. After 3 days with the car in service I didn't receive a call giving me any info about the car, I literally had to call every day to find out what was going on, finally I'm told that my car issues were resolved and that I could pick it up. Got to the dealer got helped right away, pay what I had to pay, and drove off, not even a block away I noticed that my car still had one of the issues, called back, picked up Jonathan service specialist and showed him the issue, his answer was "the service manager (Colin Lord) test drove the car and he said it's fine and since he said that it's fine he won't approve any other repairs to the car. End of story the service at this dealer sucks, I will never take it to them thanks to the lack of customer service, which I expected to be 100% being such a large corporation like Rick Case, this gives a horrible name to all of them... Next to try Braman Hyundai!!! More
