Sales rep did not know the services required (software update / computer replacement) were not provided on Sundays - I wasted a trip to the dealership. Each document brings different pricing info: figures in a couple of sets of papers filled out by financial manager did not match those agreed upon with sales rep (differences attributed to internal processes / manufacturer rebates; Bill of Sale requested by insurance co. had different set of numbers). Great new car experience!!! Buying my new Sonata was a breeze. This is my second Sonata and I dealt with Donnie Barnes both this time and last. When I was in for my oil change I Buying my new Sonata was a breeze. This is my second Sonata and I dealt with Donnie Barnes both this time and last. When I was in for my oil change I ran into Donnie (who always remembers me) and told him I would be looking to do a new lease at the end of the month. I gave him all the info on what I was looking for and he said to just give him a call when I was ready. When I did call we scheduled an appointment to stop in and he had a car all ready and waiting. It's always a pleasure working with Donnie. He always has a smile and is a no pressure kind of guy. After negotiations I worked with Donovan to do the paperwork. At first I was dreading it as it seems to always take so long. Donovan had all the paperwork organized and lined up for signatures and reviewed everything with me. All in all it was a great experience. From Donnie to the whole Rick Case Dealership everything was a pleasure. I had referred several of my friends to Donnie and Rick Case in the past and will continue to do so. More
