Third Santa Fe I live in West Palm Beach and have been buying my vehicles from Rick Case since 2008. There are three other Hyundai dealerships that are closer to my I live in West Palm Beach and have been buying my vehicles from Rick Case since 2008. There are three other Hyundai dealerships that are closer to my home than Rick Case but they do not have the customer service focus that I find at Rick Case. I bought my first new car in 1964, so I have a considerable amount of experience with car salesman, when I told Marty at Rick Case what I wanted he got it done, no dance, no back and forth, just got the paperwork ready and closed the deal. Marty Israel was great. Sales associate Marty Israel was awesome. Very thorough. He was willing to work for me and making all attempts to get me the best possible deal even w Sales associate Marty Israel was awesome. Very thorough. He was willing to work for me and making all attempts to get me the best possible deal even when the Manager Tom Krizanic was rude and walked away leaving me at the desk. If it was not for Marty Isreal, I would not have purchased the vehicle. Tom Krizanic was bullyish, showing me inflated prices. When he realized I was an educated customer and could see through his facade, he did not take it well and almost jeoperdised and sabotaged my deal. I did not want to speak with him for the rest of the sale but unfortunately, its a small office and trying to avoid or keep him out of the deal was difficult. Marty was awesome in doing what he could to smoothen the edges and help the best he could. Michael Bushman was nice but I felt he was too stern and not willing to negotiate at all. Michael did what he could I suppose and I appreciate what he did do. Marty Isreal was great and he deserves nothing but the best. Look elsewhere for your car!!!!! I drove over an hour to get to this dealership because I saw an ad online for a car that interested me. When I got there...the car was no longer avail I drove over an hour to get to this dealership because I saw an ad online for a car that interested me. When I got there...the car was no longer available. I was ok with this because I know I know inventory changes and updating the internet can be a slow process. The salesman showed me a great deal they were offering on a car that was just a little out of my range. I thought about it and the deal they offered me was a good deal. Unfortunately I didn't buy it right then and there because it was at the end of the day and I was tired. I really wanted to think it over to make sure I could afford it. I told the salesman he would hear from me the next day. True to my word...I visited the dealership the next day ready to sign the paperwork and drive home in my new car. Driving over an hour again to the dealership...I was shocked at the price given to me. There was a $4000 difference from the price the day before. After expressing my disappointment... the dealer closed the gap to a $2000 difference. The answer I got from the dealer concerning the difference...'the price we quoted yesterday was only if you got bought the car at that time'. Huh... Pressure tactics? Call it what you want... You have a choice where you buy a car....look elsewhere...unless you like being squeezed to buy NOW! More
