Buyers beware! I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle with 31,000 miles on December 26th. Shortly after the problems began. My vehicle that is responsible for getting my children and I around town does not reliably start. I called service on May 17th and their soonest appointment is June 6th. My car finally stopped working a few days shy of the appointment and was towed to the shop. The shop refuses to look at it until the appointment day and has advised that I need to pay nearly $300 for them to look at it. I thought I would be safe spending the extra money to purchase a certified pre owned vehicle through what I thought to be a reputable dealer. Unfortunately Hyundais pre owned program is not what you would think. Having a certified pre-owned does not ensure that your vehicle will be looked at in a timely manner. The fact that they are asking for money upfront is appalling. My vehicle has been properly maintained, it’s sad to see such an expensive paper weight in my driveway. I would not recommend Hyundai or Rick Case dealerships to anyone. They only want your money and DO NOT stand behind their product. I had heard that Hyundai had come a long way but sadly that does not seem to be the case. Beware of spending your money with Rick Case Hyundai. The customer service ends the moment you drive off of their lot. 7 months later got to replace the battery. More

I was told 2. I called into the dealer for two hours getting the run around on status of completion. I had to drive there myself to be told by the advisor she didn’t know I was calling in. After I left my paperwork told me my tires weren’t rotated. This is a dealer and Hyundai standard . Again brand new vehicle purchased from this dealership. Nope. I call back Angie the service advisor didn’t even know why. She is the advisor over my service, handed my my paperwork before I left to not tell me. I schedule an appointment at 8:00am. Dropped off at 7:30am. Took till noon and the services weren’t even done. Manager took all day to call me to invite me back. Then questioned the tires I had. This is a brand new vehicle bought at this dealership?!? xxx is going on in this place. I won’t be back. I paid for these services at purchase. I won’t be back. More
I purchased a Hyundai Tucson certified preowned 3 weeks ago and shortly after it needed service. It turns out that the front tires are very old and there is a leak in coolant that requires immediate mainte ago and shortly after it needed service. I paid an incredible amount of fees for this things to be good to go for awhile and yet I will have to deal with it. I don’t know if it was laziness in the checking process, or they just tricked me, but it’s terrible by them to sell a car in that condition. More

Never ever will I buy a Hyundai again. Rita Case, I need your help! I bought a Hyundai Sante Fe in 2019 and included the extended warranty with my purchase. I decided to cancel that warranty within the allotted time I bought a Hyundai Sante Fe in 2019 and included the extended warranty with my purchase. I decided to cancel that warranty within the allotted time frame, but was never credited with the $1593 I paid for it. I've been trying to claim that amount as a credit since 2019. I'm paying out my car and only have 2 payments left. Nobody on your staff knows how to help me. Apparently, the money was turned over to the state of Georgia from the Extended warranty company. I would like to be reimbursed the $1593 even if you haven't received the money. It's not my fault that someone messed up. More

I p You be the judge… Brought my care in for service at Rick Case Hyundai. I was advised that I have a nail in a tire and needed two new tires. I purchased two new tires. However they replaced the wrong tires. I left the car dealership with a nail still in my tire, and the other worn tire on my car that was to be replaced was put back on. I know for a fact that they replaced the wrong tires because 1) one tire still had a nail in it; and 2) because I purchased a new tire 15k miles ago, which is by far the newest tire on the car and they destroyed that one. They claim they did the right thing through video evidence in the shop however, after searching complaints on them this seems to be a common tactic at Rick Case. As the video evidence does not show anything but the guy changing the wrong tires on the car. The service Manager lied to me saying they would replace my tires at no cost. More
