Worst EXPERIENCE EVER! ! Lied to about the price, was told I would get a $5,000 rebate. I was charged over $3,200 the MRSP price. Was tricked into signing under false preten ! Came in the next day to return the car and get my trade in back, but they told me it was too late, even though on their website it states you have 5 days to return a car. after texting with my salesman CHAD i decided to turn in my 2022 hyundai lease and obtain a new lease on a 2025 Chad assured me on multiple occasions that the dealership would buy my car off lease and they my 2022 hyundai lease and obtain a new lease on a 2025 Chad assured me on multiple occasions that the dealership would buy my car off lease and they would absorb my excess miles and make my last payment. That turned out to be them committing fraud. They turned my suv into hyundai which generated a $2300 bill to me I'm sure that they have committed this on many other consumers. Avoid rick case plantation hyundai and definately avoid CHAD. I am in the process of taking legal action against them More
I was assured by Tom that they will charge me for 1 hr labor to fix my car. Your labor rate alone is costly as compared to other car mechanics. I ended up paying for 1.5 hr and if I didn’t check their in labor to fix my car. Your labor rate alone is costly as compared to other car mechanics. I arrived about 10 late, for my maintenance appointment. Friendly staff, atleast 3 staff members came out to greet me. Also there was tree triming big trucks in the service area. My service advisor: Jesus Martinez greeted me with a smile. He had a tablet in hand walked around my car, took pictures, etc. Reason for visit: gas tank latch hard to open, hit and pull to open. I traded in my lease vehicle and purchased a used car. They told me the new car went through services to make sure it is up to par. The vehicle was never serviced and I paid for the service out of my pock They told me the new car went through services to make sure it is up to par. The vehicle was never serviced and I paid for the service out of my pocket. I had to buy a new battery after 2 weeks in the new used car. Lights weren’t working. It also needed an oil change. Don’t let them lie to you about servicing their used vehicles. I have bought a couple cars from them, but this time the sales man lied about it being serviced. I’m done with this dealership. Out More
