Took 2 hours to get my oil change done with an appointment time. They dont have any sense of urgency. Every time I went to check on my car, it was still sitting up with nobody working on it. My car then disappeared from the shop for about 30 minutes and I finally found it parked at the front later. I went to go find my sales person and he was mingling with other staff and said, "Oh, I was looking for you, but I had to say hi to some people first." Two hours of waiting for a simple oil change. Everybody is there for an 8-10 hour shift and they don't care how long anybody else has to be there. Won't be coming back. More

NOT GOOD I have bought my last two(2) Hondas from Rick and Reta only to be lied to and cheated!! My wifes Honda Civics windshield washers were not working. Wen I have bought my last two(2) Hondas from Rick and Reta only to be lied to and cheated!! My wifes Honda Civics windshield washers were not working. Went to the service department was told because a mixture of distilled water and vinegar was used the warranty was void and I had to pay $70.00 for new sprayers. Less than a month latter they weren't working. So I went back and was told that It would cost over $300 to fix, because the system was not flushed out?? Long story short went to Miami Lakes Honda, they blew air through system and all works fine gain. The charge 0. I will never go back to Rick!!! More
