I took my car for service. Everything was fine until check out. The representative that took care of me was very unprofessional. She didn’t say HELLO , nor did she look into my eyes when speaking to me check out. The representative that took care of me was very unprofessional. She didn’t say HELLO , nor did she look into my eyes when speaking to me. She had a very unpleasant face and kept telling her friend that she didn’t want to be there that she wanted to go home while I was there in front of her. She had no customer service skills. She really let you establishment down. Very unpleasant visit. I know I don’t want to deal with a person with that altitude again. A shame that there’s so many people out of job and this individual that has a job doesn’t appreciate it or at least that’s the impression she left. More
