At first we thought we had found a great dealership that was honest. We purchased a certified used Honda and really love the car. However, when we took it to our mechanic to check it over, we found three ou was honest. We purchased a certified used Honda and really love the car. However, when we took it to our mechanic to check it over, we found three out of the four tire rims are bent. This is a safety issue and so we called our salesman, Rick Worthman, right away. He has dodged us repeatledly telling us that he has to talk to his general manager. We called the general manager for used cars and left him messages but still no answer from him. It is going on three weeks now that we have been trying to get some help. If you want a good price on a used car, I think they are fair. If you want help and service after they get your money, then I would say don't purchase a car from them. More

Rick Case Honda at I-75 & Griffin wrost service ever!!I was very disappointed with their customer service. I was ripped off and over charged for a "certified" use service ever!!I was very disappointed with their customer service. I was ripped off and over charged for a "certified" used car. I bought a "certified" used car 5 years ago. I originally wanted to buy a new car but the sale man, Pedro Rodriguez told me that I would not qualify for a new car since I did not have enough credit History. Biggest mistake of my life!!! I believe in the "beauty" of certified used cars. recently I decided to by a new car, I went to a Nissan Dealership, they were willing to take this car as trade in. they run the carfax report and came to find out that my car was involved in a car accident. At Rick case Honda, I was reassured that my car had gone thrugh detail mechanic inspection and that the car was like new. I was never told about a car accident, if this was disclosed to me I would have never bought this car. "Managers" are nastier than the sale men, I was treated like it was my fault for been ripped off. rude, ignorant and nasty managers who should not be holding a supervisor position. I am making sure to tell everyone I know about my experiance and making sure NOONE goes to waste money on RICK CASE HONDA AT I-75 & GRIFFIN!! More
