I came in because I received a card about the exchange program. I was curious and all of a sudden I had a beautiful 2012 Honda Accord. In fact, Bob continued to work with me the week after purchasing the car to make sure all of our accessories were installed, etc. We have been having some issues with the bluetooth voice dialing, and Bob has continued to stay in touch with me while we try and resolve this issue. I had an old Accord 1999 which was always serviced at Rick Case Honda, so I knew the place, and after so many visits get to know some of the people. It was a pleasant surprised that Ricardo, who was my service attendant had transferred to Sales. He always gave good advices on how to take good care of the car, and would be the right person to buy a car from, because I knew that he would help me sort out all of my questions. Ricardo helped me pick the right car that fit my needs and finance possibilities, since the CRV has a limited availability, also kept track of the one I wanted with the right features. After that, it was a done deal when he transferred me to Yosuan in Finance, who was very diligent explaining every detail of the business at hand. I was very happy with the service given to me at Rick Case, now I am also happy with my new car. More
