I came in with a bad situation, but it was a situation that Rick Case and Smart had contributed to. I traded a 2008 Smart ForTwo that I had purchased from Rick Case in 3/2008 and it had completely broken that Rick Case and Smart had contributed to. I traded a 2008 Smart ForTwo that I had purchased from Rick Case in 3/2008 and it had completely broken down when the Acuator failed at 50,000mi. When I had it towed to Rick Case Smart, I was told it was NO longer under 2 year or 26,000 mi powertrain warranty and I had to pay out of pocket for repairs over $1100. I also didn't have any towing service on my insurance policy, so I had to pay for that as well as the car taking over one week to repair which was a disruption to my work schedule. The car also had front end damage from an accident that looked worse than it was since the engine is in the back and the A/C was working perfectly. The car had 96,000mi at trade, so I believe the Sales Manager Paul did the best he could with the trade discount which I checked on Kelly Blue Book as similar. I had a credit score of 768, so I also qualified for Honda's best finance rate. But I felt I had NO CHOICE but to buy with Rick Case or I wouldn't get a better deal for the trade because of the Smart Car history and unpleasant experience. While I blame Mercedez-Benz (who makes Smart) more than Rick Case, more research should have been done by Rick Case before the car was sold to me or anybody else. Consumer Reports panned and failed the Smart Car in a review some time after I made my Smart purchase and I feel I bought a Lemon with no remedy for compensation by the maker or dealer. So, I guess this is the best deal I could get? I guess. I'm glad Honda is doing so well and selling so many cars and hopefully nothing bad will happen with this car as the review has described. Too bad people can't deduct depreciation on vehicles with taxes like they can with buildings or property. Good Day. More
The men that handled the purchase of my new vehicle were professional in every way. They answered the questions that I asked. They explained everything step by step. I was shown the type of vehicle I was interested in. I was able to do a test drive as soon as I asked. I asked about any discounts that might be available and they were explained to me. I was able to choose the color of the vehicle that I wanted, since the others were too dark for me. It was suggested that if I came back on Friday, once my mind was made up, it would save me time, since the upcoming weekend was expected to be very busy! Since my time is important to me, I did that. I came back the next day on a Friday, to put money down and go through the financial part of the process. The financial process was explained to me, and Mr.Weaver offered me some additional services of coverage which I did purchase. The 2013 Honda CR-V is a great vehicle. I am very happy with it. I would, and have, recommended your place to friends to go to if they want to purchase a new or used vehicle. Mr.Fernandez, Mr.Herman, and Mr. Weaver did a super job!! Mr. Herman made sure that I understood how to use the controls and operate the radio, A/C, etc. He even connected my cell phone to the Blue Tooth and showed me how it worked! More

Bottom line is you were honest, respectful and offered a great product at a great price. I would recommend Rick Case Honda, and Joan Moreno in particular, to anyone on the market for a new car. On December 13, 2012 I was trading in my leased 2010 Civic for a New 2012 Civic, I was solicited by the Dealer 3 separate times and told that they could put me in a 2012 Civic for the same or less amoun Civic for a New 2012 Civic, I was solicited by the Dealer 3 separate times and told that they could put me in a 2012 Civic for the same or less amount of payment as my 2010. Again I was SOLICITED 3 separate times. At the Dealer I questioned and was ASSURED that ALL of the COSTS of returning my 2010 CIVIC would be paid for by the Dealer. I asked in particular about the EXCESS MILEAGE CHARGES and was told VERY CLEARLY that the EXCESS MILEAGE CHARGES would be paid for by the Dealer. While signing all of the documents to finalize the transaction I again questioned directly to Shaher Husein and was assured AGAIN that ALL COSTS of returning the 2010 CIVIC would be paid by the Dealer. About 2 weeks after the purchase I was sent a bill for $238.00 from Honda Finance for the EXCESS MILEAGE. I figured it was a mistake and contacted the Dealer. I was told that I was MISINFORMED and that the documents that I signed stated VERY CLEARLY that the DEALER WOULD NOT PAY FOR EXCESS MILEAGE. I was told to contact General Sales Manager Joseph Pensabene. When I spoke to JP as he is referred to he assured me that it was an oversight and the he would PERSONALLY see to it that the EXCESS MILEAGE charges would be paid by the RICK CASE DEALERSHIP. About 10 days later I was sent another bill from Honda Finance for the UNPAID EXCESS MILEAGE CHARGES. I called JP ( Joseph Pensabene ) about 6 times over the next 5 days and to this day I haven't had a return call fro him. I paid the $238.00 and as a reult of being LIED to and DECIEVED by RICK CASE HONDA I will never do business with a RICK CASE DEALERSHIP again. More
