I would have to say that my experience at Richmond BMW was without question, "great." I had the pleasure of working with Steve Lerneer who was extremely knowledgable, friendly and a no-pressure sales pers was without question, "great." I was very impressed with the entire experience from the friendly greeting to the warm departure. Everyone i encountered was eager to be of service and seemed genuinely excited about my purchase...which was a used car under $15,000. I was offered a very competitive interest rate even though I have some blemishes on my credit and i was never made to feel like a second-rate customer. Steve took the time to explain every feature in my car and even gave me a lovely jazz cd as a parting gift!! More

I walked into the door and everyone's friendly personality and customer service was superb. I think that every employee within the organization shook my hand and introduced themselves to me. I went into the dealership crossing my fingers and praying the whole time because I have never made a major purchase like this in my life. Also, my credit history is not the best. However, Steve Lerner carefully and meticulously catered to what I wanted as a customer. He was very professional and above all he "knew the job". Every question that I asked, he gave me an immediate response. I was overly satisfied with his performance and professionalism. He is the best car salesman that I have ever worked with. Steve cares about his customers and committs to them, ensuring that they are well taken care of. Additonally, I would like to give Irvin Rich and Matt(General Manager) and two thumbs up. They worked very dilegently with me and made it possible for me to drive away in a BMW. What stood out the most, is the fact that they were not willing for the bank to say "no". They fought for me for 2 days, trying to get me the best rate and best payments. I am very thankful that there are people in the world who give people like me second chances. Their dedicatioin to the missio of their job is an example of what customer service and satisfaction is all about. Without the assistance of those two individuals my dream would not have come true. Gentelmen..job well done, and I thank you so very much for taking care of me and giving me the opportunity to own one of your vehicles. Continue the great work. Next, I would like to say thanks to Mr. Rich Rossano as well for initially looking at my application and saying "I'll see what we can do." It was greatly appreciated that he didn't look at my application and say "no". His response made me calm, and gave me a sense of hope. Thanks Rich for pushing thru and working with me. Thank you also to Young Choe for giving me the best trade-in offer on my vehicle. Young's great attitude and customer service was phenomenal. Finally, thank you Richmond BMW for your hard work. The tech who inspected my vehicle failed it for the rear tires indicating the left rear had worn through. When I took it to the Firestone store to replace the tires, he pulled both and could not find any p tires indicating the left rear had worn through. He also indicated that there was far more tread than required and passed the tires for inspection without an issue. Your dealership wanted $310.00 to replace one tire ($620.00 for both rear tires) and neither required it or even needed it. More
From the time i walked into the BMW dealership until the time i left, i was respected and unpressured. Sales Rep Steve Lerner was quick and precise with honesty on everything. What i was most impressed with was the fact that they didnt care that i wasn’t buying one of their 80 thousand dollar cars, but a 4 thousand car and treated me like i was a top client. Another aspect of the dealership was they allowed trade-ins for cars almost 20 years old. Not just for new cars, but for used as well. This was impressive because most dealerships dont do that- Id like to note that the manager Demetri was impressive with keeping the atmosphere clear and on point. He has a personality that allows you to be comfortable as if he was a friend you’ve known for a time period.. Note i wanted to keep a stereo from my trade-in camaro and they didnt charge me for taking it out. They were very corporative and patient, never leaving me on the down after i had signed the papers. They even gave me a warranty 1 month 1,000 miles and an offer for extended warranty 2 years at 24,000 miles for a reasonable price on a used car? Find me a dealership that will do that for ya? I completely recommend this dealership for anyone buying a car, hands down! More
I am in the military and purchased a 2012 BMW 3 series while I was in Germany and had it delivered to Richmond. Not only did Steve go through all the functions and gadgets in the new car with me and my wife, he also helped me get my other vehicle serviced (which is not a BMW) while we were looking over the new car. He spent well over an hour with us and made sure that we understood everything and answered all our questions and concerns. Not only did he come in when he was not even supposed to be working, because I purchased it through military sales in Germany, he received no commission! And he still treated us like valued customers, I would highly recommend Steve Lerner and everybody in this BMW dealership was very nice and helpful. More

It isn't very often whwn I take the time to write a review on an associate, but my positive experience I had with Steven Lerner warrented me to do so. Steven is the most knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and personable sales associate I've ever dealt with. I have a BMW 330 xi and had trouble with the navigation system, but Steven not only helped me with that, but took a lot of his valuable time to show me all the features of my car I never knew existed! His knowledge, skill, and patience with someone not tech savy like myself impressed me. It's nice to know there people like Steven in the industry who are genuinely interested in helping people, even if it means they won't make any money from it. If I ever hear of anyone in the market for a car, I'll gladly and confidently refer them to Steven knowing they'll be taken care of. It was my pleasure to write this review. Steve Learner was terrific to work with, very knowledgable about the Mini Cooper he sold me, clearly knows his product inside and out. The staff was very apologetic however, and offered coffee, snacks, etc during the delays. Aside from that, it was an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate at all to recommend the dealership to friends or family. More

What I appreciated most was his first priorities were in educating me about the cars and various features, not in getting my money. Without a doubt, he gave me the best customer service I've gotten anywhere, on any product, not just at a car dealer. I would also like to thank the rest of the Richmond BMW Sales and Fianacial Team for being polite, resectful, and just great all around to do business with. This is the 5th BMW I have leased and will definetly be leasing my next one at Richmond BMW. More
We went into Richmond BMW knowing exactly what we wanted and a price range we were looking to stay in. Steve helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly helpful the whole time we were and a price range we were looking to stay in. We ended up having to leave and come back with some information and Steve kept us informed the whole time as to what was going on with the car. Steve made us feel like family and was very hospitable and made us very comfortable (which was great for me since this was my first car purchase ever and my boyfriends second). We are very happy with the car it has met all of our expectations and more. Once again Steve thank you so much! More
