Let me start by saying that Steve Lerner is not your typical car salesman. That's a good thing! At least when we bought our first BMW from him, he wasn't your polished smooth speaker who confuses you typical car salesman. That's a good thing! I had been looking for a used BMW for about a month and started chatting with Steve on the web. Steve was willing to "adopt" me, as the gentleman who had sold me my 2008 convertible was no longer there.
